'Not clean'

'Een nette, typische strand acommodatie. Simpel, geen poespas, maar echt gericht op het strand. De kamers zijn niet heel groot, kleine badkamer, maar schoon en heel netjes. Op de kamer liggen 2 strandstoelen en een parasol voor het strand. Handdoeken voor het strand liggen beneden in de receptie. Op de boulevard en in de buurt zijn voldoende restaurants aanwezig voor ontbijt, lunch of diner.'

'We arrived at noon time in Ft. Lauderdale and a quick uber ride to the hotel in Hollywood, Florida. We were greeted at the desk and was told our room would not be ready until 4:00 pm because they were cleaning it. No problem, I would prefer to wait and walk into a clean room! We walked into our room and never smelled any type of cleaning products. The drawers holding the silverware and pots and pans are disgusting and have never been cleaned. The sliding glass doors in the living room and...

'It was a small room and bathroom, but it was clean and centrally located. Many restaurants nearby, steps from the broadwalk and beach. They did provide free coffee in the lobby, but I wish there would have been a coffee machine in the room. There was a small sink area, with a small microwave, and a small refrigerator, but there were no utensils, dishwashing soap, or a garbage can. (Only the one in the bathroom). All in all, it was a nice little room good for the days we spent at the beach. '

'We saw a cockroach in the room, lipstick on a towel, the room smelled like smoke, even though we booked a smoke free room. Bathroom does could not be closed and locked. Reception is a window, you need to stand outside, hard to communicate. Receptionist seemed annoyed to help us. '

'The room was small, but clean and cozy. The staff were helpful and nice. But don't expect a 5-star room or anything. It's in the slightly crazier part of town, but not dangerous. It's also quiet at night and very conveniently located to great food and shopping areas. Right down the street from the beach. If you're just looking for a place to sleep for the night for a good price, or to be close to the beach, this place will definitely fulfil your needs.'
