'1. The Bar/Restaurant was closed and has been since February. Not happy at that one bit. A large hotel of this nature and what is a basic thing. 2. The pool area, on the rooftop was closed when I arrived. It opened on the weekend just gone but it would have been good to have had a swim the first few days. Looked derelict. 3. The pool bar, called Olivia, like the Bar/Restaurant has been closed since February. Not a deal breaker but would have been good to have a swim, a beer or some food.'

'Een nette, typische strand acommodatie. Simpel, geen poespas, maar echt gericht op het strand. De kamers zijn niet heel groot, kleine badkamer, maar schoon en heel netjes. Op de kamer liggen 2 strandstoelen en een parasol voor het strand. Handdoeken voor het strand liggen beneden in de receptie. Op de boulevard en in de buurt zijn voldoende restaurants aanwezig voor ontbijt, lunch of diner.'

'Everything was according to our expectation. It was perfect for our one-night stay during our longer travel. Friendly check in, comfortable clean room, parking, good location to visit Hollywood beach (by car) or Aventura mall.'

'Debo aclarar primero que según expedia la habitación contratada era con vista a la piscina y con caja de seguridad y cocina, y ninguna de las tres cosas se dieron, la habitación era pequeña y con poco lugar, tenía microonda y heladera, estaba en un segundo piso por una escalera bastante incómoda para subir con el equipaje. A pesar de todo la estadía fue aceptable. La limpieza se hace una vez a la semana y teniendo que hacer el reclamo.'

'Location of the property is amazing just steps from the beach. When we got there the air in the bedroom did not work but the host had great communication and they came and fixed the air the next day. Everything was great on this trip.'

'It's an affordable place on the front line with an amazing views from a roof patio. Rooms are kind of wore off but clean, and what is very important, with a good AC. Management is super friendly and easy to reach. We love this place and always stay there on our Florida vacation.'
