'We saw a cockroach in the room, lipstick on a towel, the room smelled like smoke, even though we booked a smoke free room. Bathroom does could not be closed and locked. Reception is a window, you need to stand outside, hard to communicate. Receptionist seemed annoyed to help us. '

'Voor een goede prijs kregen we een ruime kamer, eerdere incheck mogelijkheden en latere uitcheck.. je mag gratis ontbijten, koffie voor de hele dag en frisdranken/water voor een normaal tarief. Winkels zijn op 5-20 minuten loopafstand. Het strand (boulevard) is 10 min met de taxi. Ook hoefde ik niet een garantie van 100 USD van mijn creditcard te geven. Erg prettig!! 'Basic but OK hotel. Breakfast was a little late available on a Sunday. After 7:30 am.'

That extra effort and personal touch really meant a lot to me and made my stay even more special. It’s always great when...

'Bring your own star to this run down bare bones establishment. The place reeks of cheap owners with no comcern or gratitude toward their guests! Choose from inconsiderate and lazy staff , the toilet paper thin pool towels , no cushions on the outdoor furniture, basic lousy breakfast, outrageous parking fees, late check out fees, no furniture in your room or poorly maintained property. So many small things that any owner should strive to offer! Don't waste your money or ruin your great vacation...

'The place was grossss. Inwas assigned a room upstairs though they dont have an elevator and I use a walker! No change possible though i was staying 4 days… the room had not been properly cleaned for a long time. Dust everywhere. Dead bugs everywhere and i was bug chasing every night a morning {def keep your suitcas closed cause they were everywhere) the spyhole in the door was gone so it was an actual hole which i covered myself to feel sort of safe. Many longterm poor people living there and...
