'I have a townhouse in north Broward and needed a place for my 3 girls and some of our friends to host a weekend of relaxation and celebration of 2 graduations and one 21st birthday. This property was perfect! Well appointed and full of charm. The host, Nate, has thought everything. The fully equipped pool cabana was a great surprise and perfect for setting up snacks and sodas for the young folks. The back yard and pool are a dream. The home itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Rafael was an excellent host, he’s responsive, accommodating, and made everything easy from start to finish. 'Stayed with friends to attend a concert at Miami Gardens and stayed 2 days to enjoy the Hollywood Beach area. We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, has almost anything you could need for your stay, and the owner was very responsive. The only things we were a grill and an oven mitt. There are plenty of places around to eat and have a great time too. The home would work well with kids too and has several beach toy options for families.'

'This house was perfect for a long weekend in Hollywood. The location was ideal, from the proximity to the airport and ease of getting to other locations. The layout of the home was great for our group. The bathroom to bedroom ratio worked out very well. The pool and backyard was a great addition to our trip. No complaints, but the kitchen could be supplied better with cooking essentials: butter, cooking oil, tin foil. I am very pleased with this property and would highly recommend it for anyone...
