'The location and resort are absolutely beautiful. The view from the balcony was incredible both during the day and at night—truly breathtaking. The check-in process had a few hiccups, however, the property manager was flexible and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated.That said, once we were settled in, the stay was great. The amenities were superb and really added to the experience.'

'The property was in a perfect location. The outdoor space was excellent. We loved to sit out on the balcony all throughout the day and soak in the beautiful, unubstructed views. It was quiet and comfortable. The rooms look just like the photos. It did list that the shuttle took you to the beach, mall and casino. However, when we got there it only went to and from the beach. That was a little frustrating because that is one of the reasons we booked the place. Luckily, the city bus has a stop...

'The hotel has a great location and view, but the service leaves much to be desired. Our room was dirty upon check-in—we even found empty bottles, and there was dust everywhere. Housekeeping never came during our stay. The elevator takes a long time to arrive as it stops to pick up multiple guests. Overall, the experience was disappointing despite the good location and view.'

'The check in was easy, the property, spacious and beautiful. Very enjoyable stay. My only complaint was the “Valet” parking. You had to drop and retrieve your vehicle from the third floor. Since this was valet parking, you had to call then wait for your vehicle. This was unnecessarily time consuming. Would rather have parked my vehicle myself. Despite my long paragraph, I really did enjoy my stay and highly recommend this location. '

'The unit is very clean, there is plenty of towels and anything else one needs for comfortable stay. The host is very responsive, I usually got replies to my emails (I had a few questions prior to arrival) withing 15 minutes, even after hours. Nice location, close to the beach and shopping. Resort fees and valet parking add to the cost, but they are clearly mentioned on the reservation. I would recommend this place.'
