'Amazing experience! Perfect location, close to everything, and a super comfortable room. My 3rd time here and I highly recommend!'

'The a/c didn’t work. Not enough towels, toilet paper, shampoo conditioner for a week. No maid service. I wasn’t aware of the “access fee” on top of the booking so I paid an extra $135 a night..'

'Locatie van het appartement is prima, dicht bij het strand. Het appartement is ruim opgezet, meerdere badkamers en prima formaat slaapkamers. Het zwembad op het dak is mooi, niet echt geschikt om te zwemmen vanwege de diepte, maar prima voor kinderen. Maar...veel faciliteiten werken niet. De BBQ doet het niet, afzuigkap werkt niet (koken is dan echt een drama vanwege de lucht die in het appartement blijft hangen). Airco maakt veel lawaai, douchekranen zitten los, bestek is beperkt, teflon pannen...

'Host was fine. This place though, is a scam. First off, I arrived one day late and they still charged me a resort access fee for that day. Really? I have to pay for something I never used? Second, the resort fee is mandatory. I was there for a work trip and never touched a single resort amenity, yet I was still forced to pay $135 a day. Valet parking is $60 a day.'

'Never reserve this room'

'Very nice, just as advertised.'

'I always stay at Marenas every time I visit Miami, and they never disappoint! The stay is always comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. It feels like my home away from home. I’m always happy with my experience and look forward to coming back every time. Highly recommended!'

' Very clean and comfortable. '

'there was a problem with the faucets and could not take a shower, we've reported this since 1st day and they've sent personal to check on saturday and after that said they can't fix because they need building authorization they came back on monday just one day before we leave'

'We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Sunny Isles Beach. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and other nearby attractions. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped, and has everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. The host personally greeted us upon arrival and took the time to explain how everything worked in the apartment and throughout the complex, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and...

'It was a great location for the beaches and restaurants. The staff was professional and friendly and answered any questions we had. It could have used a couple of more chairs in the sitting area to be more comfortable. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed although a closet was needed in the second bedroom other than that it was perfect.'

'The place within itself was good. Very spacious and the property manager was very kind. The hotel and its staff 3/10. Lack of “need to know” poor communication, unorganized, no manager to call in an emergency, the valet speaks no English, and they definitely prioritize certain guest. '

'This is a condo-hotel setup. Trump Hotel and resort. The unit itself was nice, clean, and had a great view. However, I was surprised to learn at check-in that there is an additional 135 per day hotel access fee, plus 30 per day for parking. None of these fees were disclosed in the VRBO listing. In reality, booking a similar unit directly through the hotel would have been more affordable than renting a private unit through VRBO.That said, aside from the unexpected costs, we did enjoy our stay.
