'Very amazing views'

'Our stay was great! The apartment is on the 14th floor and includes a balcony with a view of the ocean. Our hosts were quite accommodating. The apartment has a full bathroom and a half bathroom, a full kitchen, and a spacious living room/dining room area. We had access to the large pool, complete with lounge chairs, and to the beach immediately outside the gate of the facility. The only area where an upgrade is needed are the mattresses in the bedroom.'

'This property was good value for South Beach but there were two extremely bright lights outside our window that were on all night and the shades did not blacken the room. So sleep was a problem. Refrigerator leaked water across the floor. '

'I booked my stay with Vrbo, I had a few problems. 1)Front desk only works from 10am to 6pm, before I arrive to the property I asked about the parking arrangement and was never told that if my check in was after 6pm, I couldn't get access to the parking the first day. 2)I booked a studio for 3pp (one double/queen bed and a sofa couch), but when I arrive to the property there was only a double bed. I speak with hotel management and Vrbo and neither of them helped me, so I ended sleeping on an air...
