'Booked this hotel on Expedia when I got there. Came to know that the hotel is just booked not charged I specially specified 6 people but the room was very small and the hotel eas not cooperating to give extra bed or do something the tv in lounge was not working the hotel lobby staff was very helpful but it was not in there hand'

'They need to provide some complimentary water for guests, slippers, kettle and tea bags for the rooms given the prices. They also did not clean the room one of the days even though a make up room sign was put up'

'I’d give this hotel an 8/10 overall. Since this trip was centered around the kids, I didn’t want to stay near Ocean Drive, so we chose this hotel instead. The location was great, there were restaurants, a grocery store nearby, and the beach was within easy walking distance. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The only complaint they had was that the pool floor was a little rough, and they ended up scraping the bottoms of their feet. We stayed in the room with the three bunk beds, and it was decent...
