'Excellent hotel! The room was so clean and spacious and the service was amazing. Chris went out of his way to accommodate me and to make me feel at home. The Italian restaurant is also amazing with the best coffee I have ever tried and the food was so fresh. This is the place for me to return whenever I am in Miami as everything was perfect about this hotel- location, service, and level of hospitality! '

'Friendly man or girl at the desk. Entrance via an Italian restaurant not belonging to the hotel. Busy terrace and you have to carry your suitcases yourself about 4 steps up through the tables and waiters. No help offered. Noisy street but quiet room. In my opinion everthing was paid in advance but still unexpectedly to pay $ 30 extra charges. For one night was paid € 395 plus $ 30 which is a bit to much but Miami is known for high prices for everything.'

'The accomodation is well located, opposite the beach and close to restaurants other than on the boulevard. Rooms are not that big but quiet. You need a room with the aircondition high at the wall of the room and not on the floor next to your bed. The service of the personnel is excellent. The restaurant serves a high quality of food and distuingishes positively compared to many other restaurants on the ocean drive. '
