'Mooi appartement op een mooie locatie! Bij aankomst stond zelfs pancakemix voor ons klaar. Vlak bij een metromover station, supermarkt en drogist. Om de hoek ligt Calle Ocho. Met wasmachine (met wasmiddel!) en smart tv met veel kanalen. Het was goed te doen met gezin met drie kinderen, één kind sliep op de ruime comfortabele slaapbank. 'Check in was a hit or miss. We weren’t able to get our code until we paid the security deposit which the link that was provided was not working so it was a bit of a hassle. Also, when we officially got settled we noticed a few issues throughout the unit. One of the rooms is missing a TV remote, and the TV itself appears to be glitching. Additionally, neither of the showers is producing hot water. We also noticed a few stains on the sheets and pillows, and the blind handle is broken as well also...

'Nice, new apartment in great downtown location. Very comfortable and all needed amenities. Only negative is that we only had hot water 2 of the 3 days. The building is new so it was a building issue and not a host issue. Seemed to be fixed on our last day. Host is very helpful and responsive. Easy parking included with stay. Would recommend.'

The location is excellent - there are convenience stores on both sides of the building, and it’s within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the mall. The building itself offers great amenities, including a gym, multiple pools with hot tubs, a game room, and a free parking space, which is a huge bonus in downtown Miami.
