'After a travel mishap we were lucky to stumble upon Duomo Guest House on Expedia. It was not only perfectly priced for an unexpected extra night of vacation, but also in a prime location! Michele was a delightful host and even upgraded our room for us. The newly renovated room and bathroom was perfect and our balcony offered quaint views of Barletta. 'The property was good with wonderful views of the sea and airport. Expedia website stated it was an 8 minute walk from the airport. IT IS NOT! It's around 30 with luggage, 20 if just walking fast. It is NOT a hotel but an efficiency within an apartment in an apartment block with a shared kitchen. The wifi was slow if we didn't have our door to the communal area open. It was very convenient next to another block with a fantastic supermarket. Overall good for a one night stay for an early...
