'The room had mold and mildew growing along the doors and in the bathroom. This is a health concern as I am an asthmatic. Additionally, this is not a Bed and Breakfast in the traditional sense. 'Stayed in the standard room on the entry level. Spacious, clean, modern, nice view from balcony of water/Lama Monachile beach. Convenient to everything. Antonio was super gracious host and very responsive. Can't say enough good things about the hotel. We were there off season so super mellow in the town. Parking may be a bit of a challenge. We ended up parking at the Train Station for free. We didn't use/need the car much so it pretty much just sat there for a couple of days. Easy 6-10 minute...

'I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room. 'Amazing place! Location cannot be better! Close to all the cities and towns you want to visit in puglia. The house is BEAUTIFUL. The bedrooms are perfect and comfortable. The food is great. Angellina the hostess is adorable and will make you feel like in a dream. The staff in the house are great. '
