'Diese wunderschöne kleine Landvilla liegt auf einem großen Grundstück zwischen vielen alten Olivenbäumen, Palmen und Blumen. Sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das lagt auch an der lieben Gastgeberin, die sich sehr gut um die Villa kümmert und uns zahlreiche gute Tipps gegeben hat. 'We stayed in villa Sergio for a week with 6 persons (4 adult, 2 kids) and we had a lovely week. We had a very nice and warm welcome when we arrived! The villa is nice, spacious and well equiped. The kids (and adults) loved the outdoor area with the swimmingpool, relaxing places and the garden. The villa is well located and there is a mini-market in the neighbourhood and a big supermarket at approx 10-15 minutes drive in the city of Monopoli. 'The home itself is beautiful, but there are several things guests should be aware of. Inside the main house, there are only two bedrooms and one bathroom. Unfortunately, the shower is not functional — the holder for the showerhead is broken, so you have to sit in the bathtub and use the handheld piece. It was honestly one of the most stressful shower experiences I’ve had.Air conditioning is also an issue. There is only one unit near the front door, which somewhat cools the two bedrooms if you...

'De dagen dat de zon schijnt wil je eigenlijk niet meer weg uit het schilderachtige kabouter huisje; het zwembad, de tuin, het uitzicht, spelende kinderen, de rust... Maar het weer zat tijdens onze vakantie ( eind maart) niet helemaal mee. We hadden dagen van 4 tot 6 graden. De trullo, met zn tegelvloer, is dan wat moeilijk warm te krijgen. 'The property is in a rural location at the end of a track with a few similar adjacent properties nearby. The facilities are excellent and the decor is modern. The outside area allows for eating by the property or by the pool. The pool is large with a ledge for younger visitors and has an outdoor fridge and bbq nearby.
