'Hotel Narcissus was great. Room 6 was fantastic. Two floors, big bed, full kitchen. Check in and check out were smooth. It is in quite a sketchy location though. Be aware! I don't recommend walking to the nicer part of town from the hotel... Get a Uber!'

'The room was ok,Great location. It was only 8 minute walk to the ballpark and right on the edge of the gaslamp quater. I did like the fact that it had a kitchenette with a large fridge and that made it convenient for drinks and snacks. It also had a small stove top but I could only imagine what the room would be like if someone fried food or made something smelly in the room. I thought it was kind of strange in that area. It was kind of noisy on the street outside, sounded like cars racing....

'The hotel is well located to the convention center in the Gaslamp District. The staff that I encountered was friendly. The amenities are tired. Millwork and furniture in the room was quite beat up. The room we had was touted as family friendly but ultimately a split toilet room shower room with frosted glass doors and panels is not for the fam… Confusion among the staff existed around the pool and pool bar open/available times. 'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'Resort like property with island vibes. Very bustling though if that is not your thing. Check-in was unfriendly, rude, and unkind. Set the trip off on a bad note. Otherwise excellent stay and convenient location.'
