'Hotel Narcissus was great. Room 6 was fantastic. Two floors, big bed, full kitchen. Check in and check out were smooth. It is in quite a sketchy location though. Be aware! I don't recommend walking to the nicer part of town from the hotel... Get a Uber!'

'The room was ok,Great location. It was only 8 minute walk to the ballpark and right on the edge of the gaslamp quater. I did like the fact that it had a kitchenette with a large fridge and that made it convenient for drinks and snacks. It also had a small stove top but I could only imagine what the room would be like if someone fried food or made something smelly in the room. I thought it was kind of strange in that area. It was kind of noisy on the street outside, sounded like cars racing....

'Little bit strange with lobby on 12th. Downtown in walking distance. Convention Center 20 min walk Parking not cheap, but all parking garages aren't. Expected more homeless people as the US isn't doing well on that point. Neighbourhood felt safe, '

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'The front desk area smelled amazing and the staff were very professional! The view from level 8 was cool - we looked toward the back of the stadium. The pool and jacuzzi were most enjoyed by me and my husband; going early in the morning helped us avoid too much foot traffic. The only suggestion I would ever have for Hard Rock hotel is to make the beds a bit less firmer. However, the location is absolutely amazing. Thank you for such a good experience!!'

'The property is clean, well maintained, has free hot breakfast, has a lovely little bar with tasty bar food and the best bartender ever: Charlie. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in several hours early after the staff realized we’d been up since 3 am for an early flight. 'The check in process was super straight forward informative and really easy. All the staff I interacted with were very nice. I had a balcony suite and it was a very spacious and clean room. Everything was well kept and very modern. Only 1 thing I had an issue with, which in all fairness has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel.
