'Little bit strange with lobby on 12th. Downtown in walking distance. Convention Center 20 min walk Parking not cheap, but all parking garages aren't. Expected more homeless people as the US isn't doing well on that point. Neighbourhood felt safe, '

'Perfect location near to bars restaurants..very nice staff...only walls are thin'

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'I absolutely love staying at this hotel. Even though it’s a “keyless,“ hotel, there are wonderful staff willing to help you every single day. I love the location. I love the showers.'

'No way to describe the horrific experience we had checking in when we arrived. Had no idea there would be no front desk or direct contact with a human.'

'Decent food'

'Very clean, food and bar nearby. Convenient roof top bar They accommodated my early check in. A few blocks from Gaslamp Quarter and petco park . A short drive to Coronado Island'

'Location, location location. Easy to get to mass transit and the airport. Great location to stay for a Padres baseball game.'

'Our room did not have a make up mirror for women, but lights and bathroom should have had a little indicator light so it makes it easier to find it in the dark. There’s no microwave, there’s no refrigerator in the room. The desk in the room had 3 outlets but none of them worked. These are amenities we kind of expect from a five-star hotel or four-star hotel.'
