'Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

'Tolle Lage, gemütlich, großartige Kommunikation. Die Schlüsselabgabe und -abholung war einfach, aber ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass sie näher an der Wohnung ist. Die Unterkunft sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche hätten etwas sauberer sein können. Die Lage ist fantastisch, perfekt für einen kurzen Städtetrip. 'Lovely cute apartment, perfect for couples or a family/friends of 3/4 max. Close to a local supermarket and restaurants. Location was perfect, close to metro station and close enough to walk to some major attractions, if youre wanting to get your steps in! I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay for a mini break!'

The apartment itself was very roomy and loved that there was an extra powder room available. 'The room was exactly like the photos, perfect for one person. The host was available and replied to my messages very fast, always making sure that I was enjoying my stay. The location, personally, couldn't have been better! I was at 3 minutes from the office, on top of that you are pretty much in the center of Le Marais, so you have everything at your disposal at a short walk for the apartment. I was really happy, and will definitely consider coming back.'

'Sehr schönes und grosszügiges Appartement, fantastische Lage. Mittendrin und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Nachbarn oben rückten jedoch bis Mitternacht Möbel umher, was den Schlaf nicht möglich machte. Das Bett war jedoch super bequem! Die Küche ist mittelmässig ausgestattet (nur 3 Gabeln, keine kleinen Löffel), Geschirr war teilweise dreckig. Wir würden dennoch auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.'

'When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. '
