'Very cute house and well equipped kitchen for longer stays. '

'We stayed here for a few days. Super cute little bungalow. Very close to downtown and the shopping district. My teenage son loved the loft area. Host communicated well and responded quickly. '

'Pictures of house were bright and beautiful. Actual house was dark stained and looked like it needs some definite tlc.'

'Love staying here, it was close to town but enough outside of it so you don’t feel like you’re in the mess. Only had one slight snafu with the air-conditioning where I thought it was on, but only had the fan going so it got extremely hot. Luckily, the host was very responsive, and I got the place cooled down rather quickly. I love the fact that they had bikes in the garage that could be used to go into town without using the car. I definitely would like to stay here again.'

'We recently came into town for a Chico State Rugby reunion and to stay and check on our rental property there. Honestly this house was great, spacious and had everything we needed. I still gave this 5 stars but I do want to note that when we arrived we found that someone had left their spit container for chewing tobacco in the kitchen on the floor. In addition, I sent two messages to the host through Expedia which weren't responded to prior to our trip dates. I finally was able to get ahold...

'Excellent hosts, with an even better property. They took care of us and accommodated our needs more than we could ever ask for. thank you.'

'Thank you, Chelsea, from the bottom of my heart, for your quick responses and support during one of the hardest weekends in my life. As a Chico native, it was so comforting to have a quiet, comfortable place to retreat to while my mom's Memorial service and associated events happened in Chico. I would love to stay in your place again for a more relaxing weekend! '

'The host was so helpful and pleasant to communicate with. The house was a perfect blend of old and new and so comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!'

'Location is key! Walking distance to everything we needed. All accommodations met! Definitely pet-friendly. We’ll be back! '
