'First and most importantly, I did not feel safe in the room. The door latch was missing, and the door itself did not properly secure. I have both photos and video documenting this issue. Due to this, I was unable to rest and had to physically barricade the door using furniture (a chair and a nightstand) to feel any sense of security.
Additionally, the room had a strong cigar smell despite being booked as a non-smoking room, which made the environment very uncomfortable.

'Hotel was clean, spacious room and bathroom, iron and board in the room, air-conditioning. Staff was friendly.
Unfortunately there were no stores (only restaurants) or public transport in walking distance. So its either having a car or take a taxi'

'The room we reserved was filthy and looked like nothing Expedia showed on-line. We checked out the next day and reserved at Residence Inn. Another customer in front of us in line also cancelled their reservations. The staff was pleasant the only good thing about this place.'
