This delightful two-level residence is designed for fun-filled vacations and tranquil getaways, boasting an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, including a double oven for those who love to cook. With thoughtful extras like a margarita machine, you'll be ready to entertain and make unforgettable memories. The cozy living area is perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, with reclinable furnishings ideal for movie nights and a family room complete with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, TV, and a small desk for those who need to catch up on work.

Dine in style with two dining tables—perfect for both casual breakfasts and elegant dinners. The main level also features a spacious primary bedroom with an ensuite bath. For your added convenience, an additional half-bath for guests is also available on this level. Venture upstairs to discover four more inviting bedrooms and two additional full baths, providing plenty of space for family and friends.

Outside, enjoy your own private fenced-in yard, ideal for barbecues with a charcoal grill, and ample parking for up to three vehicles. We had 3 of our grown children, 2 spouses and 4 of our grandchildren with us for a total of 7 adults and 4 children. This home was the absolute best we have ever stayed in! Everyone loved it with no exceptions! It fit our needs perfectly. It was clean, beautifully appointed and each bedroom was just perfect! No one had anything bad to say about the home! We hope to stay here again next year!

I cannot say enough good things about Aquaholics Anonymous! The house was staged beautifully and very clean. The open layout makes for a great place for extended family to gather. It was stocked with everything we needed. There is a closet full of beach toys, including a beach wagon. There is a charcoal grill on the back porch. We love the Royal Sands neighborhood and the walkway to the beach!

Perfect house for family. It had all the amenities and then some! Well stocked kitchen as well as plenty of toys and games. Loved the “TV” room. Perfect for our 2, 3, and 4 year old children. Great pool and location was perfect…. Just across the street! We hope to stay here again next year!

This is the second time my family and I stayed at this property. Your beachhouse was perfect for the family. We had a blast and the boardwalk helped make our beachtime so fun. We definitely enjoyed the pool and look forward to more visits.

Nicely outfitted and decorated. Our second time here and would stay again. Cleaning crew was a bit pressed for time and didn't seem to have mopped, but it is a busy season and everything else was nice and fresh.

The house had plenty of space for kids and grandkids. Kitchen was nice. Easy walk down to the beach. Good places to eat nearby. Our only issue was the two of us staying in the first floor bedroom were awakened at 4:30 am and kept awake for 45 minutes listening to the sprinklers spray against the windows. Eventually got the system turned off. Overall great trip.

Pool was disgusting at beginning of summer should be top top shape not Nov condition No skimmer available. Chemical balance way off the other pool not available due shocking and after being there 3 of a 4 day stay this was unacceptable. No tvs in other rooms kids and living room only. Would have been nice to know trash days. Freeze had no ice storage other than door compartment. No shower for feet at beach. Beach unusable due to ton of jelly fish.

We had a great stay, perfect for our family of 11 adults. The house was clean, spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked. The neighborhood was great and the house was located within walking distance to the beach and within a short drive to the local shopping area. The beach was clean, water was great, and it was not crowded. We had a great time in Port Aransas and will definitely be back!

We loved this property! It was beautiful and immaculate. Plenty of space for all 12 of us! Book this house you won’t be disappointed. It is within walking distance to the beach, which was an added perk that we didn’t expect. It is also close to the grocery store and restaurants, hoping we can book this home again next year!

This place is awesome! We had enough room for my husband and I, our 2 sons and their families. It had everything we needed except pot holders.😄 we rented golf cart and had easy access to beach. Swimming pool was close by and very clean. Nice neighborhood. We plan on renting this house again.

We loved staying at this property with our extended family ( 6 adults, 5 kids ages 4-10). Royal Sands is a very nice neighborhood, with easy beach access by foot, golf cart or there is a beach access road just 1 mile away. The main floor of the house is very open , with plenty of room for 11 people to spread out. The grandkids loved the “kids” bedroom upstairs and the “office” tv room on the 1st floor. The upstairs bedrooms are very spacious. We will definitely rent this house again on future trips to Port A!

My friend and I stayed here with our kiddos and it was great! Clean, spacious, good layout with 2 master bedrooms which was nice for our 2 families. Only two tiny suggestions - we couldn't find a tea kettle or ice cube trays! Otherwise very well stocked kitchen.

We have been coming to Port A for years and this house was by far the best house we have stayed at for our large family with young kids. The playroom in the front was great, there was ample space in every room, and it came with plenty of beach toys and a few beach chairs as well. It was right across the street from the community pool and the boardwalk was so convenient to use with our rented golf cart. Definitely recommend staying at this house for your next trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house. Plenty of room for all of us to eat, sleep and visit. Very clean! House is close to neighborhood pool and boardwalk. Definitely recommend to visitors to Port A.

Beautiful home, well laid out and good location. The AC downstairs could not keep up with the thermostat setting. Temperature remained 77-78 during the day downstairs and did not get below 75 by morning. An AC guy was out the last day of our 4 night stay and added freon. A few minor details were not attended to - the tile floor was swept but not mopped (clean feet got dirty walking on it), the remote for one of the bedroom fans was missing, the remote for the cable tv needed new batteries, only a partial paper towel roll provided - would expect attention to these details for the price point of this rental.
