'Kathy's rental is an absolute hidden gem in Knoxville! The cleanest and neatest rental I've stayed at, stocked with absolutely everything you could need. Very close and convenient to everything in Knoxville, but you don't feel like you are in the city. Kathy was very nice and extremely quick with communication and anything you could need. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely book again!'

We were here for basketball tournament and this place was about 15 ninutes from the convention center and close to stores, grocery, and many restaurants. Definitely would book here again.'

'This property was conveniently located to everything in Rocky Top such as Norris Lake, the Norris Dam State Park and Windrock Park. The king size beds were super comfortable. Really liked the location of the bedrooms and baths for 2 couples. The washer and dryer were great, so we did not have to pack as much for the drive from WI. Rocky Top is super ATV and UTV friendly. We were able to take the UTVs from the cottage into town using Longfield Road. The town police told us where we could drive in...

'Great place and awesome location with very nice dock. The boat ramp was not useable for us (needed lake up a couple of more feet to get our boats in) but overall the place was outstanding with good parking area for trucks / trailers.'

'The house was wonderful. We had all we needed. The interior of the house was decorated cute. Bed was comfortable. The correct driveway was a bit challenging to find belonging to the house. The house is set back behind two other houses. We passed the driveway several times before deciding which lead to the house. I would stay at this VRBO again.'

'Zip and dip was so much fun for the kids and adults alike. We had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay again,. However there were some issues, the biggest was that half the cabin did not have hot water. Secondly the pool had a lot of chlorine and irritated the kids faces.'
