Quiet location as the carriage house is located at the back of the property with a nice happy hour porch overlooking a large yard, which our dog enjoyed. This warm and friendly family makes you feel right at home. The apartment is beautifully decorated and spotless. 'I booked the property for my husband and I to have a leaf peeping weekend away but his plans unfortunately had changed so I took my sister along instead. We loved the house! Kara greeted us as we pulled into the driveway, she was so friendly and said to text anytime with any issues. We had no issues or problems at all. The house was very clean, so well stocked, it felt like a B and B. She had a vase of flowers in the kitchen, fresh baked cookies for us, fresh eggs from their free range chickens...

We really enjoyed it because it was conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood close to Cornell and everything we wanted to do, with plenty of street parking just in front. It’s 10 minutes or less walking to Ithaca falls, Cascadilla gorge trail that goes up to Cornell and College town, a couple of restaurants, Ithaca bakery, and a couple of really close...

'This is our second time at the property and it was perfect. The house is spotlessly clean and perfect for our family of three. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, which is what we did each night as after skiing we were too tired to go out. Plenty of linens and space for all the snow gear. Great location close to Greek Peak and the lodge for the water park.'
