'Customer service and communication were excellent, and the staff were really friendly. The location was fantastic and parking was conveniently close and good value.
The apartment itself was nice but needed a deep clean. We planned to use the washing machine, but it had a strong unpleasant odour, and there was mould inside the rim and the detergent drawer. There was also mould around a couple of the air conditioning vents. A shelf in the main bedroom wardrobe was damaged, so we didn't use it in...

'Just as advertised - very clean, very well-equipped and light. 2 cute bathrooms, 2 small bedrooms. Delicious bakery just downstairs. Very centrally located. If you need parking, you will have to drive around a bit to find a spot or an open garage. Other than that, it was a short stay but it was great.'

Verder alles top.'

'It's a very nice studio apartment with everything I needed. Location is good, plenty of available motorbike parking within 100m (I found a dedicated, unrestricted, free, motorbike parking area about 40m-50m from the apartment).
The only problem was the "self check-in" and "self access" systems. They're not very good. The system can't read passports so you have to enter your info manually and the access code system isn't intuitive. Once you figure it out it's easy, but like many "tech systems",...
