Overall a good Holiday. Most staff were very nice. Roberto was specifically very attentive to any requests. I would recommend reservations at the restaurants as they say you don't need one, but then you end up waiting for sometimes 30-45min for a seat at peak times. We had a Swim Up Pool Room which ...

Hotel Riu Santa Fe - All Inclusive
Staff were amazing and so efficient. Like busy bees, and very kind and attentive. Food was above average. Some weak areas like the seafood at pretty much all places. We loved the grounds and amenities. Hoping to come back soon! Thx
