'Fabulous hotel. Very clean. Lovely breakfast. Ideally situated if you like the quiet. Staff were all delightful and very attentive. Fabulous view from our sea view room and from the pool area. Lots of nice places to eat. Some beautiful villages to visit by bus. Soller town well worth a visit on the tram. Will definitely book again.'

'Overall a decent place to visit. The room is OK, but the hotel itself is a bit more outdated. Same is visible in the restaurant. Outside dinner is good, but not that much space. And mostly older German people seem to visit this hotel.'

'The location is sublime. The hotel has a lot of (old) charm. The staff is just amazing. The pool area is spacious with stunning views. The room was a bit small and uninspiring. It could do with an update. It felt like a throw back to the ‘70s. Perhaps I’m a bit sensitive but the sewage tank is located next to the pool area and the smell drifted over the pool area. All in all a good experience. '

'We had a great week at El Cid. The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach, nearby many nice restaurants and super close to a bus stop from which you can get to Palma in 15 minutes. The staff extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. For the people wondering whether it's a con to be so close to the airport: during the whole week there was only one airplane that flew directly overhead. The rest was so far away that you usually couldn't even hear them, so you...

'De locatie was zeer goed. Terras zeer uitnodigend. Mooi gerenoveerd hotel Receptie personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Als 4 sterren accommodatie iets meer verwacht van de voorzieningen. Weinig ligstoelen bij het zwembad. Bij het ontbijt zelf je sinaasappel sap met een hand perser moeten persen, daar zijn m.i modernere vormen voor waar ze de gast mee van dienst kunnen zijn.'
