'Good Points First: Excellent Location. Prompt and Courteous communication with Eva before and during holiday. Apartment was a good size.Some of the fittings were appropriate for a five star apartment eg tv, dishwasher, new iron etc. However, the accommodation fell short of 5 star in several areas. We were surprised that in the middle of a heatwave we were not provided with even a bottle of water in the fridge. Having travelled extensively over the last 30 years we have never encountered no...

'Location ok. Apartment needs better crockery. All chipped. Assistance from property manager excellent however. No amenities such as coffee , tea etc which was disappointing as we had to rush out obtain provisions '

'Het appartement was comfortabel en heeft een heerlijk zwembad. Claude en Myriam zijn zeer vriendelijk en hebben goede tips gegeven (o.a. Van een geweldige middeleeuws spektakel). De omgeving tussen de druiven velden is geweldig en Saint Emilion en Bordeaux zeer mooi!'

'We stayed here for a few days while we explored Bordeaux and it was perfect. The check in process was extremely simple, we were greeted by a rep who showed us the space and all of the amenities. It was very big and spacious with gorgeous windows. The AC was GREAT. We're American and my mom and I were nervous about the heat, but we were comfortably cool every time we came home. It's very close to the restaurants and shops. If we ever went back I'd happily stay here again.'
