'The apartment is at the top of a hill that is steep.. You drive up it and take a right at the top into an alley that has 4 spots for cars. Walking up and down the road(High Street) is challenging because the incline is steep. At the bottom of the hill is a transit station for free bus service. 'We really loved the house and the hospitality. The house has more than one needs for a great time on the peninsula. Very spacious, clean, detail-oriented townhouse. We loved the rooftop with its BBQ station. Kitchen has a nice setup, streaming services, wetsuits, bikes. Russ was super nice and responded quickly. 5 stars!'

'The location is incredible and great views. We liked the layout of the place and the amenities were decent. Very nice kitchen. We might stay here again but would like to offer some suggestions to make it better. We wanted to use the gas grille but it didn’t have a starter and nobody got back to us for over a day and a half and we checked out when they got back. 'My family and I have been coming down to the area for the past couple years. It's always a time I really look forward to where we can all get together and relax by the beach. The house was really lovely and exactly as described and pictured. We enjoyed spending time at the house together, cooking, sitting outside in the yard, and walking to the beach a block away. For cooking, it was a huge plus that the kitchen was so stocked. We were super comfortable the entire stay except for one thing....

'We loved being 1/2 block off the beach, with restaurants and coffee shops/the pier a short walk away on the boardwalk. The deck was on a busy street, but the railing blocked the view of cars so it was still relaxing and private. The place was small but cozy, just what we expected- perfect for a small family. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (and spices/coffee filters-which was so nice to not have to buy our own). Was nice to have beach chairs left for us by the rental company...

'We had a wonderful vacation and the house made it even better! The pool was beautiful and the hot tub made us all able to brave Disneyland again(with less sore feet). Everything at the house was clean and the online instructions make everything very simple. We asked for a late check out and they were very accommodating, and extremely quick when we sent messages asking to extend. Would rent this house again for sure!!'

'Nice, clean property. Spacious apartment. Most units have great view of ocean. Across from train station but not too disruptive. Large beach and pier across the street. Kitchen stove wasn't the best (a bit rusted and one element not working) but could cook on it. Garburator kept filling with water so didn't turn on the dishwasher. To be fair, we didn't let them know until check out so perhaps someone could have come to fix it. Not nice to clean but a lot of bathtub drain had hair collecting down...
