'We had a great stay at SpringHill Suites. The hotel is newly built, modern, and very clean. Its downtown location is excellent, with easy access to many of the area’s top tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.'

'Everything was excellent, except the bed was uncomfortably over-soft and I had trouble sleeping. And the parking lot for this land was sold off to a company that charges $20/day. Is everything about capitalizing gains? The staff is super nice though!'

'Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.'

'The air conditioner in our room didn’t cool the room at all. The sink in our room was stopped up and we found that under the beds of the room weren’t cleaned very well. The parking is also terrible.'

'The staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were no pans, dishes, or utensils to use in the kitchenette room. No coffe pot and the one they gave after asking had a short in it. The king bed was worn down and uncomfortable. Floors needed serious mopping. The hotel is rougher side of a town.'

'We attempted to stay here July 10th. We checked into our room and went to take a shower after a long travel day. The water that gushed out of the bath faucet was brown. Literally brown. We communicated to the front desk that we could not stay there, this was unsafe. Expedia just informed us they will not refund our money. I’m astonished at this and livid. We have video proof. I will continue to fight this but beware, this is a dirty and poorly run property.'
