'Great staff and hotel! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars. My only gripes are the rooftop bar was terrible. Staff was rude and pompous. Then the pool and hot tub are in need of a good cleaning as well. '

'The property itself was great! Clean, comfortable, nice and helpful staff! Decent breakfast too.
The parking garage is across the street, there are no carts to haul your luggage through a parking garage, down an alley across the street to check in on the 2nd floor of the Hotel. Quite inconvenient and sooo many sketchy, drugged out weirdos in that area. It’s sad to see Colorado Springs go downhill. '

'I really like this hotel. Have stayed here a couple other times before and never had any issues. It's always been very clean and quiet and the staff has always been very helpful.
The only downside this time was rhe room that we got didn't have a working AC, but they brought in a portable AC unit and you couldn't even notice that the original one was broken'
