'Ik was hier wat huiverig voor maar alles bij alles was dit hotel wel goed bevallen.
De bedden lagen goed. De douche werkte prima.Het was 's nachts stil. Ruime parkeerplekken.
Het enige minpunt was dat dat er 1 handdoek heel erg vies was. Ik durf niet te raden wat er allemaal op zat. Wel vreemd dat de andere handdoeken prima waren. Dus we redden ons wel.'

'Tijdens onze roadtrip door Colorado in juni 2025 zijn we 2 nachten in dit hotel geweest. Locatie is prima, in het noordoosten van CoLo Springs. Het is een redelijk nieuw hotel met erg grote kamers met apart zitgedeelte. 'Booked a suite for a family overnight and every aspect of this stay was phenomenal (and I’m picky). From the cleanliness of the entire establishment to the outdoor hotub. Loved that we had room to spread out (family of four with two kiddos who were ready for some room to relax). Loved our stay. And the Mountain View option is plus! '

'Gewoon een leuk hotel om in te overnachten heeft verder alles douch bed tv zelfs een telefoon. Voor alleen om te slapen is het meer dan prima.'

'The staff make sure I have ground floor room as I have a mobility issue, and it was great to not have to always ask for that. They saw it when I walked in because I walked, walked into the lobby with two canes and obviously needed a ground floor room I so appreciated their help.'

'The room was super clean and quiet. The bed was extremely uncomfortable unfortunately.. but that may just be my preference in mattress. The bathroom was nice. Toiletries were minimal. The staff were amazing and so friendly. I will be coming back again this weekend and get a king room on my travels to Pueblo. I was happy this hotel was far away from the areas you have to worry about crimes. The parking lot is well lit and it’s away from the areas where you see a lot of break ins and theft. '

'This hotel was awesome. Rooms were clean and the kitchenette were helpful with our extended stay. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were also very helpful. Only negative thing about place is the location and parking situation. They share a lot with another hotel and of you come back late in the evening you will find nothing up front and have to park in a dark back lot. Where there were quite a few ppl loitering and digging through the dumpsters '

'The reason why I gave them five stars is because they treated me and my dad with a lot of respect they never bother it is that's good security around the whole motel and the staff were really excellent with us and they were bothered us they did the housekeeping good and the check-in was really great too they were pretty cool about it too that's why I gave them all five stars thank you have a good day anybody that stays here they will like it cuz I have an indoor pool and a hot tub the rooms are...

"It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care.
Because of the great location we nevertheless extended our stay by one night and were told to come back later in the afternoon as we would move to the room above. We were totally fine with this. Upon checking in in the afternoon, front-desk informed us that nok room was available, except for a suite that would be way more expensive. When being overbooked, you expect a hotel to offer the suite at the same rate as the originally booked room. This did not happen, even not after talking to the front-office manager. It’s such a shame for such a beautiful property.
If you charge the rates of a 5 star, 5 diamond hotel, then you should also deliver this service standard.
With more care, better trained and professional employees and by going above and beyond this can be a great place, but based on our experience we will never come back.
