'This house was absolutely ideal for our group of 3 couples looking to experience Yosemite NP. The home is exactly as described. Well stocked and very clean. The home feels very secluded and private even though neighbors are not far away. The hot tub, firepit and whole back deck were used often and enjoyed by all. 'We used this house as our home-base for visiting Yosemite this summer. It's a great house with plenty of space and all amenities you need. We loved the fact is has a swimming lake as well. Our start was a bit clumsy since the cleaning lady was not finished with cleaning the house when we arrived and left it unfinished as she needed to fix her broken car. But the overall experience was great. Highly recommended!'

'Nicely situated just north of Aviemore, there is a small village shop/Post Office not far away in Deshar Road, but if you need a large shop of groceries then Aviemore is only minutes away. The accommodation is very good with a double bedroom with en suite and a dressing area and a second twin bedroom opposite the family bathroom. There is a HD satellite tv in the living area with a supply of dvds to watch. The owner kindly allows the use of their own pedal cycles, which were perfect for a ride...

'We had a fantastic stay here. The house was very spacious and had all the utilities we needed. The house is very clean and well kept and our host was helpful and easy to communicate with. We were able to access Yosemite easily from the house as well. The house was also close to restaurants and the supermarket in Groveland. I would definitely stay here again!'
