'Check in was easy. Had the door code ahead of time. Arrived early to the host finishing up watering the exterior landscape. Walk in to a livingroom/kitchen space. Comfy chairs and couch. A small desk and table. Kitchen had all the basics needed for at least 4 people (our party size). We didn't know if the coffee machine was a pot or a pod. We bought coffee for a pot. 'We used this house as our home-base for visiting Yosemite this summer. It's a great house with plenty of space and all amenities you need. We loved the fact is has a swimming lake as well. Our start was a bit clumsy since the cleaning lady was not finished with cleaning the house when we arrived and left it unfinished as she needed to fix her broken car. But the overall experience was great. Highly recommended!'

'This is a beautiful house inside and out! Lots of space and activities for the whole family. Epic ping pong battles and space for disc golf, or simply tossing a frisbee. Close to Mariposa and Yosemite and we enjoyed both. We look forward to returning!'

'This Rustic Retreat was located in a spot between everything we wanted to do. 30min from Yosemite Valley or Mariposa Grove. Seven miles from tunnel view. Price, location and amenities were ideal making it a perfect base camp for rest, meals, and family time.'

'Great house, nice big kitchen, super comfy beds, game room is perfect for watching movies and the driveway is easy to get in and out of. Rolling beach carry came in handy for bringing the chairs and umbrella with us. We'd stay here again in the future!'

'We had a fantastic stay here. The house was very spacious and had all the utilities we needed. The house is very clean and well kept and our host was helpful and easy to communicate with. We were able to access Yosemite easily from the house as well. The house was also close to restaurants and the supermarket in Groveland. I would definitely stay here again!'
