'We had a fabulous week at the Isle of Mull Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and our sea view room stunning. We ate at the bar and in the restaurant and both were amazing, staff were polite and attentive, especially Sean. The hotel is great for touring round the island and provided us a comfortable and convenient base for our trip. Only downside was the pool wasn't open as there was a problem with the heating of the water, but I think that was nearly fixed as we left. Spa was open though,...

This room had some issues: - very hot, even with window open and 13 degrees outside - bed is rather short - side table is close to your head when sleeping. place your pillow in the corner not to heard yourself. However design of room and hotel is really attractive.'
