'Room was nice. There were several blips but we survived. Location good. Beach access awesome. Pet friendly great. The inside of the room was a little dated. Air conditioning in bedroom didn’t blow cold air for 3 days. Until my husband figured it out. TV in bedroom doesn’t work unless light switch is on. Nobody told us that. The keypad to sign in isn’t lit up so at dark be prepared to have a light. The hair dryer provided has a short in it. You have to hold the cord a certain way to use....

'The condo is cute and comfortable. It is quite small. The description is pretty accurate. It has a beautiful beach view for sunrise. It has two coffee makers and there were some keurig pods and coffee available to start, which was nice. The kitchen appliances are fine - the cookware is rough. The condos are situated on the beach, with a private dune walkover and a lovely pool.'

'Kitchen, pans were unusable. Toaster was disgusting. Blood & dirty pillow shams in guest room.Stained mattress pad in master bedroom. Living room rug was filthy & the sofa very worn. Black mold on walls in alcove. While they did make an effort to replace the pans & toaster the kicker for me was after check out we will look into it. I’d rather they would have done it while we were there. The cleanliness just didn’t meet my standards. It’s a shame as I think this was just renovated last year....

'The view from 3rd floor balcony was amazing. The grounds and pool were lovely. The small kitchenette was perfect and we made homemade pizza. We loved being able to walk down the dock right to beach and feet wash n outside shower ready to go. We were only 15min drive to downtown St Augustine which gave us a less busy beautiful beach but still close to nightlife.'
