'First, I want to state that it is a beautiful place. It has a beautiful view of the water, and yes, you're right on the water with a dock. There was plenty of seating both inside and outside. Anytime there was an issue, the host, Mark, replied immediately. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable beds. Couple of things that weren't that great were that the floors were pretty dirty.
