'I was nervous as I am a woman who was traveling alone but the ladies at the front desk were so nice and made me feel comfortable. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I was there was a microwave but everything was very nice. Quiet environment so I was able to sleep. I had no issues and was able to have a nice relaxing time.'

'I had to relax because it was quiet there and i didnt know the office wasnt 24 hrs i had to leave around 4 am it was difficult to connect to someone to come to assist you but next time i wont requesting early fly if i have to stay at this hotelthat i didnt like but the place was safe and quiet.'

'I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Should have gone with my gut feeling and paid the insurance for false advertising. Expedia picture is nice...for ten years ago. The pool was filled in, the room reserved wasn't available, the smoking room offered had a rusty old refrigerator, tile is cracked in all rooms I was shown, how much more should I say? My friend turned off the TV with the remote. We came back, the remote is missing. All of our stuff appears to be intact. I'm expecting to lose...

'I will say that though the lady who worked who checked me in was nice enough, overall the room was really bare cockroaches running around. The shower had a sock tied around the shower head the sink was falling apart. Again there was no wifi so I had to run 4blocks just to get any service on wifi at McDonald's. Iit was inconvenient and basically ruined my experience.'

'We enjoyed our 5 day stay. It was like being at home. I love that we had a a little kitchenette, big fridge.
The breakfast was good too, with some changes to protein that was served everyday when we were there.
I liked that we didn’t have to pay for parking either. All in all we will stay here again when we come back to Florida. '

"Room was good. They advertise having transportation to the universal parks. There is one shuttle at 8:00am that takes you to the park and one at 5:00pm that picks you up from the park. I had expected to have more possibilities. We ended up using Uber which was easy and cheap. Breakfast was pretty good. No fresh fruit though. Gave 1 star for environmental friendliness because everything at breakfast was disposable and our towels were changed every day even when we hung them up."

"Het hotel ligt op 10 min vanaf de Universal parken. Er komen shuttle bussen elke 10 a 15 minuten.
Het hotel ziet er prima uit. Het is wel heel erg gehorig. Je hoort mensen door de gangen lopen, de wc doortrekken of hard praten. De airco in de kamer is enorm hard. De laagste stand blaast op je bed. Uitzetten is ook geen optie, want dan is het binnen een korte tijd enorm warm. De kamer heeft een keuken erin. Ook fijn is dat je je telefoon of andere apparatuur via usb kan laden.
Verder zit er een Starbucks in het hotel en restaurant waarbij je eten kan komen en kan meenemen naar je kamer. De prijzen zijn enorm hoog.
Het hotel bevat een prachtig zwembad en wordt goed beveiligd. Je kunt handdoeken pakken, dus die hoef je niet mee te nemen."
