'The property was clean and up to date, the staff was friendly and accommodating. My only criticism would be that there wasn't a spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, so we has to call for more and wait. Also, next time ill be sure to book a room closer to the elevator because it was a lengthy walk to our room but other than those two minor inconveniences, everything was great and ill definitely be back.'

The hotel seems fairly new, and while we didn’t try the breakfast or spend time in the common areas, our room was a highlight—spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. A couple of things stood out, though. There’s a charge for parking, which was frustrating, especially since the lot is large and doesn’t appear to have limited space. 'Property was clean and the complex was nice. This unit is not disability friendly, units are on the second floor (we knew ahead of time) and the bathtub/shower was a big step over, but we made it work. The mattress was a little soft for our liking. You can hear every step someone takes upstairs, we suggest earplugs. Kitchen was well appointed. 'We had a great stay here for our vacation and would definitely return! The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and equipped with a convenient kitchenette, including a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and sink, which was a nice bonus during our stay. 'Receptie en waar je ontbijt kon nemen was zeer modern en proper . Ontbijt stelt echt niets voor. Geen verandering , alle dagen hetzelfde . Geen spek of roerei. Enkel wat smeerkaas, confituur en Nutella . Geen brood enkel nagels Verschillende soorten cornflakes. Kamer niet modern en bad was afgeleefd . Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk. Zwembad niet verwarmd en maar 2 u zon aan zwembad op 1 ligbed. Ik spreek voor periode november. Geen aanrader als je graag zont zoals ik. '

'Room was good. They advertise having transportation to the universal parks. There is one shuttle at 8:00am that takes you to the park and one at 5:00pm that picks you up from the park. I had expected to have more possibilities. We ended up using Uber which was easy and cheap. Breakfast was pretty good. No fresh fruit though. Gave 1 star for environmental friendliness because everything at breakfast was disposable and our towels were changed every day even when we hung them up.'

'The entire place is very dated and dirty. The hallways are dark, the elevator is dirty and so are the rooms. As soon as I walked into the room it had a strange odor. The carpet in the room was filthy and has several stains. The bedsheets also stained. All the furniture is chipped and falling apart. Not happy at all with my stay. Plus it took about 30 minutes to check in since there was only one employee in the lobby. Never again!'
