'Slecht begaanbaar voor mensen die iets minder mobiel zijn. Doolhof van gangen en trappen. Oud hotel. Hier en daar opgeknapt. Geen mogelijkheid om even binnen te zitten om op de taxi of ander vervoer te wachten. De kamer was super. Alles aanwezig. Netheid van de vloerbedekking laat te wensen over. Vies en onverzorgd. Randen en onder de bedden en nachtkastjes niet schoon. Vies dus. Ontbijt zeer karig. '

'Clean room, plenty of easy on site parking, lovely efficient friendly lady on the reception. Do not pay for your parking on hotel.com, as I did, as I had to pay again at the venue. The receptionist explained that hotel.com do not have the facility to pay the private parking company, and I had to request a refund (from hotel.com). The receptionist advised me to always pay for the parking at the actual hotel.'

'Excellent for the price I paid. Rooms have recently been renovated and it showed. The only niggles were that the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and probably needs replacing (room 10) and there was no hot water: I tried to have a shower but couldn't: No matter how long you ran the tap for or in which position the water never got warm. Would definitely stay there again. Big thank you to Jamie who so very kindly let me check in early.'

'The hotel is very dated. The staff are very friendly. It was quite clean but being a Towncenter hotel it was extremely noisy through the night into the early hours of the morning and then to cap it off workmen started work on the McDonald’s opposite at 6 am in the morning, so I’m not a great night sleep. '

'Room was spotlessly clean. Very friendly and courteous staff. This hotel has a very comfortable and friendly feel to it. The cooked breakfast is well worth the money. Table service and freshly cooked and unlike some buffet style breakfasts it is piping hot. We have stayed in other hotels in the area and this is our favourite and the adjoining Italian restaurant is a great place for dinner. We also appreciate the free parking. Just returned from a 4 night stay and looking forward to our next...

'I paid through Expedia. However, Expedia said that they did not receive the payment, and the hotel also asked me to pay for the accommodation. I paid twice. I am very dissatisfied.'
