'Very nice and helpful staff. A parking garage and some shops and restaurants were in immediate vicinity. The hotel is 20-25mins walking distance from Halifax train station, be advised though that the entire walk is uphill since the station is the lowest point of the city. The city itself is very accessible from the hotel with most shops and locations just a few minutes away. Very decently sized rooms with room for your luggage without feeling cramped in.'

'Limited parking ,comfortable cozy room there was a bit of a bad odour in the corridor outside the room no where to hang clothes, and shared bathroom but only staying overnight ,clean enough Ideal location when i go to gigs at The Piece Hall only a 5 minute walk away and only a 5 minute walk from the shops ,you let yourself in with a secure code.'

'We were visiting for a gig at Piece Hall and are so glad we chose to stay at this absolutely wonderful hotel on the outskirts of Halifax. From the moment we arrived the staff were warm, polite and helpful and this continued for the duration of our stay. As it was such a nice day, we sat in the beautiful garden and enjoyed drinks and food from the bar menu before heading into town for our concert. . Breakfast (extra) was also very good indeed.
