The room & bathroom had damaged walls, stains on the walls and tiles, areas where something on the walls or furniture was either removed or broken but never replaced or repaired. The room phone was not plugged nor worked when I plugged it in to the wall phone jack. I arrived too late to check and find other accommodations. I did not know the area. 'First of all the place looked like it was falling apart ! There was mold all in the shower the rug was discusting! And we were never given clean towels and my husband had to go downstairs for toilet paper there was only 1/4 roll in the room I’m going to call the department of health to report them ! Please do not go there ! '

'Overall, it was a good, solid place to stay for more than a week. Laid back, and staff that didn't bother you. Nice location, right on the water. No coffee machine in the office nor in the room, so visit Dave at Ma's across the street for a good cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast. A little further down is a 7-11. Avoid Boathouse401 at all costs. They call cops at the drop of a hat. '
