'I liked the nice size laundry room. My door wouldn't lock and I wasn't given an option for another room. Moved all my belonging back to my car. After coming back on the second night I found that it had been fixed. At least it got fixed '

'The rooms are really ckean ,spacious and the staff is awesome. I have Multiple Sclerosis and when I was checking out the front desk csrwas really cool about helping me with my things. Whenever im in San Antonio University Inn and Suites is where to be be. Very pleasurable experience. '

'It was a simple little place. It was quiet and going places was convenient bc everything we wanted to do wasn’t too far. I would have liked if the bed was more center of the wall and if there was carpet. And if the breakfast had more options, I was very disappointed in the choices for breakfast. '

'Very run down, the room smelled of cat. The walls and tub area were pealing. The sink in the kitchen area was unusable, it would turn off but not turn off. The pull out sofa mattress was horrible and I had to ask for seats at the front desk but they were stained and gross looking so I ended up at Walmart buying my own. The mini fridge was broken and barely hanging on for dear life. There were homeless people everywhere. Just every uncomfortable but you get what you pay for I guess.'
