'DON'T STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE BROKEN INTO!! I will start by saying that the staff is very friendly and helpful. We flew into San Antonio and decided to stay the night instead of driving the 2 hours home, wish we hadn't. The room was nice at first glance but you can tell upon inspection that the cleaning staff is cutting corners. There was a layer of dust on a lot of the surfaces, hair on the bathroom floor, and dried pee on the toilet seat. We went to get into bed and they don't...

'It’s OK for a one nighter. Checking in late and getting out early. Bathroom sink was clogged up and there’s no coffee makers in the rooms. Overall good price to just go sleep and get out.'

'Room was not the cleanest, found trash in drawers and in trash can upon arrival. Not disgusting, just not the cleanest. Pool was great, and extra amenities were fun! Breakfast was good! Biggest complaint was the room did not cool down. Staff was accommodating and maintenance came to look at it but turns out they have a new system and if you aren’t in the room it shuts off to preserve energy which is awful when you come back inside from being gone two hours and it’s 10* warmer than what it is set...
