Vind je ideale hotel in Crystal Springs

'The property was close to town. Which was good. The room lacked a garbage can, other than the tiny one in the bathroom. There were no hand towel holders, which would have been convenient. Also a handheld shower sprayer would be nice. The street noise was very loud. No place to walk the dog.'

'I’m not going into details but we won’t stay there again . I don’t like leaving bad reviews but for the price we paid and the unclean bathtub and broken down furniture and rustled lamps on the room and water on floor we don’t know where it was coming from was enough to make a decision we would not ever go back.'

'Tucked back in the Arkansas rolling hills… is an awesome little B&B. Had never been to a B&B before but thought we’d break our trip up and it was well worth it. Tiffany and Bob have a beautiful place, quiet, calm, peaceful place to step away from the high pace of life. If you are traveling to Hot Springs you should highly consider taking a step outside of town… I know I’ll well be back!'

'Great place for the price. Loved the doggy yard! While we appreciate the contactless check-in, we missed having the ability to get a few more towels/toilet paper, etc. Outlets are little loose surely due to age of the place. There’s a bus stop nearby with frequent passerbys. We walked to the donut shop one morning which was a plus. Gas station is walkable also. Beds were comfy enough and kitchenette was helpful! Overall, we would probably like to stay a little closer to the downtown area next...

'Older bldg. we had 2rooms, 4&9. Rm 4: bathroom floor not cleaned/hair around from previous guests. Partially used mini shampoos and conditioners which also had hair on them. There were individual pkts of shampoo I used. No hair dryer. Bed was uncomfortable/hard to our liking. TV programming was poor. Rm 9: uncomfortable bed. Bugs/insects in room. Used common areas very little. Ice maker frozen solid. Didn’t play golf because of timing. But course looked very nice.'

The location was convenient, although the room could have been better maintained and some areas felt a bit dated. It wasn’t a bad experience, but there is definitely room for improvement. 'Stayed 3 nights and room was not cleaned not once! Called the front and they said they will do it after the second night but didn’t. Had to put trash in hallway in order for them to take it. Water was hot room was clean. Queen beds were actually full size beds. Breakfast was not bad. Will I stay here again that will be no. I will say Robin that works at the front desk was very sweet.'
