Some nice charm to it!Like most little houses, don't expect much privacy from your travel mates, so unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit, but the hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of the day. 'It is a very cute and cozy house. The view of the water was beautiful and we even collected some wood to Have a fire on the patio in the fireplace. Pretty secluded so make sure you get food to cook before you start your trip to the property there is not a lot of anything close by. '

'It’s nice and tucked back in some beautiful trees. The place was clean and pretty much exactly what we were looking for. The only drawback is as a very firm master suite mattress, but some folks love that! The communication with the hosts was fantastic and they did a pretty good job of leaving instructions for things. I’d stay here again. '

'House is just as described and is newly built and a great space for three or fewer people. This property is very remote and close to a boat ramp. Unfortunately for us, Kentucky has experienced a lot more rain than normal, and it affected our stay and plans. The river ferry was not running during our stay due to high water levels. We still got to see Mammoth Cave, but with the ferry being down, you are looking at least a 50-minute drive.'

'Spacious and beautiful. We had plenty of room to play, eat, and sleep. Lots of board games and a couple of puzzles. I took my five children and had plenty of space for everyone to have their own area to play. My 12 year old absolutely loved the nook and took it as his own. They loved all of the peekaboo doors as well. I loved how easy it was to find everything I needed to cook our meals. During our stay we went to Mammoth Cave and Lost River Cave. 'The owners were genuinely the nicest most welcoming you will Ever meet!!! The treated us like family and we’re so gracious!! My husband and I were on our Honeymoon and had the absolute best experience and stay in their cabin. It was impeccable! Every amenity we needed was matched! We had games to play after coming back from a day filled with adventures! It was absolutely perfect! We cannot say enough about this wonderful God fearing couple! 'My husband and I stayed a few days with our teens and dog. The property is beautiful! We all enjoyed hiking over the 75 acres. The self made map was so helpful. Our tween daughter was our navigator on our hike and managed the map easily. Our dog loved the freedom of exploring with us. We did manage to make it to Mammoth Cave and it was a fun trip. Spent the rest of our short trip grilling and playing games. Definitely recommend! '

'My husband and I stayed a couple nights at this cozy rustic cottage. We enjoyed our stay very much. The air conditioning was superb. The cottage had a cabin feel outside and a home feel with all amenities inside. The ambiance and decorations were delightful. Full kitchen and able to cook meals for breakfast and dinner. Approximately 20 minute drive away from Mammoth Cave National Park. Host was available onsite but we had privacy. '

'Loved this spot on the lake! Clean, kept up, private and easy process to check in and out. Its a little far from mammoth cave and the attractions but it is priced lower than places right next to mammoth cave. We were also traveling with two dogs, so that limited places we could stay. Sadly the Nolan preserve right next to here is closed due to flooding at this time. But I bet that is a beautiful place to take the kids and pets.'
