'The room smelled of stale cigarettes from long ago. The air conditioning unit smelled moldy when running, so we couldn't use it. The light above the sink was out. The lady who checked us in was absolutely amazing.'

'Although booking through Expedia which assigned me a handicap room, which was not ideal in terms of showering space and subsequent room cleaning and serving, the hotel was fine and I have booked there multiple times in the last year. The front desk staff did not seem very accommodating to my concerns upon check-in but did explain the reason for my limited options due to a full hotel.
The housekeeping staff usually replace towels each day and tidy up the bathroom, which did not seem to happen...

'The cabin was large and very conformable. We had to remove all the air
freshness as the smell was overpowering for us. The kitchen was well equipped for
all our needs. The beds were very comfortable. If the weather had been nicer we would have enjoyed making a fire. The outside back deck needed some repair.
The owners were friendly and make us feel welcome. We attended a wedding 15 minutes away.'
