'Vriendelijke personeel, locatie is perfect, prijs is in verhouding met de kwaliteit van de accommodaties. Wat minder goed is, is de higiene (schoonmaak) van de douche mag zeker verbeter worden! De rest van de badkamer was zeker schoon! Het is wel een aanrader.'

'Nous avons réservé cette chambre en urgence due à l’impossibilité pour nous d’atterrir à Funchal, Madère. Malgré une arrivée le dimanche et un petit couac sur la chambre initialement réservée (le lit n’était pas fait), le personnel nous a immédiatement proposé une autre chambre qui était meilleure que la première, et notre séjour d’une nuit fut reposant et agréable.'

After asking, they told us it's an "extra" and they would arrange it right away. After returning to the hotel in the evening, still no brush. Again to the reception and they could only provide it the next day. The "hdmi" on the TV wasn't working. After consulting the concierge, they said they would send the technician.
