'Charming old-style inn with a nice hot breakfast. Friendly staff that went out of their way to help move our booking to another room when the cabin A/C went out a day before we arrived. We only stayed for a night, but we would definitely stay here again next time we are in Franklin!'

'De locatie was in orde, maar daar is alles mee gezegd. Het is een goedkoop motel, dus verwacht geen 5 sterren behandeling. Helaas had dit motel de basis ook niet op orde.
Alles was vies en de kamer die we kregen was niet in orde. We misten kussens, die kregen we extra nadat we daar om vroegen.het bed zat vol.met vlwkken, evenals een van de hoofdkussens. De vloer was erg vies en we vonden overal haren.

Very nice porch as well with a lovely babbling brook right outside the door. The only drawback was the 2 skylights that let in dawns light at 6am every morning, hence the 3 stars on comfort. We got used to it but it would be nice to have something set up to shade the light. We also liked easy access to extra towels...
