'We booked the hotel for 4 nights (2 rooms), the checkin went quick. Only when we went in the elevator and reached the room, we got smoking rooms (we requested none-smoking). We called the reception from the room and the lady told the hotel was fully booked and can't be changed. This was ofcourse fully unacceptable, because a smoking room is really really bad smell. When we went back to the reception, the guy who checked us in, directly changed our hotel - without any discussion or trying to tell...

'My son and I overall enjoyed our stay here. Room and facilities though has signs of exterior & interior run down but for us as long as bed is comfortable, aircond works fine cold and bathroom clean with good shower & toilet that is good. Plus breakfast buffet was great too with variety of local and western dishes. Swimming pool was not very clean as how it used to be back then and it's shower / change room does not provide shower gel & shampoo like before which is a bit of nuiscance since I was...
