'Hotel is located in a great location close to restaurants, the market, coffee shops, and even to a pharmacy. The hotel has their on grab 'n go with sandwiches, desserts, coffee, beverages, chocolates, and even essentials (like sunscreen, toothpaste, lip balm, etc). The amenities were great. Inside the room was a coffeemaker, a fan, fridge (but no microwave), small lamp, etc). The only thing I didn't like was the fridge. The fridge was not cool enough to cool a bottled water or food. 'When we checked in, the guys gave us the key and asked ask to wait because he didn't know that the room was ready. We waited one and a half hour in the lobby with out entire luggage, after I went and asked him how much longer and he said "oh, your room has been ready, I gave you the key". I didn't argue with him because at this point it was not wroth it, but this I hope that you see that this was incredibly rude. No, it was not obvious that if you give me the key that it is a sign that the room...

'The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful for any needs. The “air conditioning “ was only a heater but in the winter that was fine. Summertime may be a different story. All-in-all I was very pleased and would stay there again. The location is great- so close to Plaza De Armas. Breakfast was greasy and delicious every day.'
