'We brought a group of friends down for a weekend get together. The place was immaculate and had so much to do. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Tons of things to do on property or within walking distance. The big open building in the back was perfect for our needs with a ton of open space, a back patio, and a fire pit. It was everything we needed and more. 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a great space to get together.'

'We had a loved one admitted to Cleveland Clinic for a few weeks. This apartment was perfect for our stay. It's only about a 15 minute drive from the main hospital. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Brian is an excellent host and was very helpful.'

Bathroom was clean but very small and tight space between toilet and tub. Overall really enjoyed myself!'

'My only complaint is the quality of the nattresses. The mattresses were covered with plastic. Every time my husband moved, he woke me, and vice versa. The matress creaked, was lumpy, and i felt like i was sleeping on soggy cardboard. Also i couldn't find any potholders in the kitchen. All in all it was a great weekend'

'I'm a single father whose youngest daughter is in her Senior year of high school. We decided to take a short trip to Cleveland over Spring Break. She brought along one of her friends. We had a fantastic time! The girls just loved the unit. We went on excursions during the day, yet the girls had the most fun coming back in the evening to relax, watch shows, and enjoy themselves. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Be prepared to use stairs and watch out for the ceiling in the upstairs master...

There is only one parking spot and around the outside of the apartment is cluttered. The inside was dark and still could use updates and completion work. The property: did not look as advertised; was not ready for check in; was in deplorable conditions in terms of upkeep and cleanliness (massive hairball in closet, visible dirt and dust, insects, etc.); had no working sink in the bathroom the first night and the kitchen faucet was not secure; the outside lock was not...
