'Very nice room but it was out of shower gel and no soap for shower except the hand soap, TV remote didn't work, and there was a pile of nail clippings in a corner...yuck!! Just needed a little more attention to detail.'

Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. 'When I checked in no television and shower didn't work, man at office said he would handle it, lied to me for 3 days, I went and asked for my refund and he put me out and kept my deposit and was rude, called office to complain and he is the complaint line'

'Room was really nice and roomy. Loved the shower but the floors looked like they needed mopped. The check in receptionist was very nice but the one we gave our room keys to when we left was rude. Also the ice machine on the fourth floor wouldn’t work'

'Was a nice place to stay. The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. (I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel. If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider.
