'I appreciate the ease of booking the room, even after a few adjustments prior to the visit. Everything during our stay was great. I appreciate the welcoming demeanor of the staff from the front desk to the room staff. The facilities were clean and comfortable, you can’t go wrong with hot showers and soft beds!

'It was clean, but smelled musty, the maid came in and sprayed air freshner which helped. The refrigerator was not working, but maintaince came and replaced it. One of the phones was not working well, maintance replaced it, but i got another phone which did not work well, i just left that alone because the other phone worked fine. Overall it was a nice place to stay, there were homeless people that hung around otside the front of the hotel fumbling through the trash and picking up used...

I had a regular King room newly renovated. Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. 'My 5yo daughter and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Remingron while we were in town for Lainey Wilson concert. The rooms were unique, the facility was clean, and the staff was very pleasant, caring, and attentive. Valet option was great, considering I was the only person able to lug our luggage and park the car, but with valet, he helped me unload luggage and load it. That took a big burden off of me. 'Amazing! We traveled to this area for a Church event our first hotel was a Wingate by Wyndham and it was literally filthy. Not fit for animals. Hilton Garden Inn delivered in absolutely every way. Phenomenal everything. Will definitely be my number one choice going forward. Spotless property!!!! Thank you!!!'

"If you’re out here to visit Bossier and/or Shreveport with a casino night to call it a day, this is your ideal place to be.
I had a regular King room newly renovated. Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. If you’re traveling solo, make sure to ask for a room that’s not adjoining. I did not feel safe knowing the person in the room next to me could just come in and vice versa. Wich also resulted in a sleepless first night since the snoring from the neighbor was crystal clear to hear and kept me awake. TV only worked on the channels with hotel information. For over $100 a night and extra fees you cannot escape and no breakfast included, I would suggest going to another hotel or even a decent motel. The first floor with the casino etcetera is very nice and luxurious. Any other floor is just average like every other hotel or decent motel. "
