'The property was immaculate. The staff were incredibly helpful. Luis at the dive shop was very informed and helpful with snorkeling tours. We did 3 and loved each one of them. 'When we came 8 years ago there were more amenities. We were a little disappointed to see that they no longer had the swim-up bar overlooking the water and you couldn't charge anything to your room. You always have to have your money with you. Lots of construction and changes happening. They should at least warn anyone trying to book. Overall, we still enjoyed our time there. Hard to have a bad time on Ambergris Caye. '
