'A very nice stay!'

'Well... the room is really outdated. Everything is there like a towel, bed, ac, but it could use an update. Like some tiles are broken, walls not so neat, really cheap curtains. It is doable for 1 or 2 nights, but if you are used to a little bit of comfort, I would not recommend it.'

'King Deluxe Room was VERY spacious - capacity when booking online says 2ppl but would fit another 1-2 rollaway beds (if it was available) for kids up to 12-15yrs, or even a small round dining table as a place to eat. 'When I checked into this hotel and entered my room, I found that the large glass panel of the balcony door was completely shattered into small pieces. I do not know the cause. Of course, I immediately called the hotel management to report the issue. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, I was told at around 7:00 PM that I had two options: either receive a 100% refund and cancel the booking, or stay in the room as it was. 'The Motel is a small part at the back of a large complex or Restaurant, Bar and Pokies, and so doesn't have the usual focus of a motel. I wandered about looking for the reception to check in, when I found it and the girl seemed more worried about us booking a table for dinner, which we didn't actually need as we were visiting friends. There are Electric Vehicle chargers in the shopping centre next door, which was a big reason for us making the booking.'
